What is your Return & Exchange policy?

Items purchased from Oziss are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.

1) All styles under B2G2, B3G3, B2G1 & B3G2 offer cannot be returned or exchanged.

2) All Prepaid orders are eligible for returns. All COD orders are only eligible for exchanges.

3) All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused with the tag, labels & in the same packing.

4) A reverse shipping fee of Rs.100 will be applicable on all returns and exchanges. You can alternatively choose to self-ship/arrange pickups from. (This fee is currently applied as shipping charges on your exchange order.)

5) Items purchased on Sale/ Coupon Discount/ Clearance/ Pre-applied-Discounts/ Bundle discounts are Final sale items and cannot be returned. However we would be happy to replace it with a different size, if you'd need a size exchange. 

6) Only store credits are issued in case of refunds. (Due to high costs of reverse shipping, re-cleaning and restocking of a product.)

Please note : The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to
pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the 
company address. 

All Reverse Pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

How can I process a return?

Step 1:

Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package in the same way it was delivered.

Step 2:

Raise a Return/exchange request from our Return and Exchange Centre

Step 3:

Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. In case of a size exchange, our team ships the new size(s) in parallel. For a returns that result in refund the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection before the refund is granted in the form of store credit.

Please note: A one time return an exchange fee off Rs.100 will be applicable for raising a request.
This amount will only need to be paid once for an entire order and not seperately for each item
.

How can I cancel an order?

Call us! 8287262740. You can only cancel an order if it is not already shipped (which is typically within 8-12 hours of placing one.)

if we're unavailable on a call, mail us at info@oziss.in as soon as possible and we'll attempt a cancellation before your order is processed further.

Exchanging for a different product ?

In case you'd like to exchange and choose a different product.You can return the purchased products for store credits and use these credits to make a new purchase.

Received the wrong order or goods were damaged on arrivals?

Please mail us at oziss.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods to raise a request against Wrong/damaged orders.

Our teams will proactively arrange a reverse pick up and send out a new fresh product. 

We ship via third party shipping companies like Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecomexpress etc. and are reliant on their systems for execution of any mis-handled/wrong/missing orders. These courier companies close their support systems after 24 hours of delivery. So we request you to please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, as our team will be helpless to raise a concern post the timeline of 24 hours.

Please note : The item should be unworn,unwashed with all tags attached and in the same condition, in which it was delivered to be eligible for a return against damaged/wrong goods.

I have created an Exchange request. When will the product be picked up?

Normally, pick-up happens within 7 working days after the exchange request has been generated by the customer.

Are there any additional charges for returns/exchange?

When will you dispatch my order? What do I do if I have not received my order?

Well, we usually ship orders between 48-72 hours.

If your order dispatch has been delayed for more than 72 hours, please drop us a mail at info@oziss.in along with your Order details.

If applicable: Please share all relevant screenshots and details. Our team will review the details and get back to you shortly.

How can I cancel my order / Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, editing a placed order would not be possible at the moment. 

To cancel your order, please mail us at info@oziss.in with the subject line “Cancel Order” followed by your “Order ID” . Our team will get back to you on priority!

Why was my order cancelled?

Usually we cannot cancel any order but unfortunately, in some cases, Oziss might be forced to cancel an order due to inevitable circumstances such as non-availability of the product, non-delivery of the order due to restrictions etc.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch our orders within 2-3 days and once the product it dispatched it takes around 3-7 working days to reach all the metro and tier 1 cities.

Shipping is free for online paid orders over Rs.999.

For COD orders, charges ranges from 150-300 RS.

My payment was deducted from the bank account but the order wasn’t placed. what should I do?

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back automatically within 7-10 days (however, we typically see it take less than 2 hours ).

Please reach out to us in case the amount is not credited back to you even after 7-10 days.

If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. Oziss reserves the right to determine the COD limit for every customer and/or orders.

What are store credits and how can I use them?

Store credits are like gift cards you get when you return something to a store or if you’re given a refund. Instead of getting cash back, you get a credit that you can spend at that store. It’s like having money to use only at that particular store.

You will be able to use your Store Credits while placing an Order. The option to use the store credit will be present on the checkout.

How do I determine the correct size for me?

Please refer to the size chart on the product page. The size charts are specific to each product and give details about that particular garment's measurements and fit.

How do I care for the products?

Most of our Garments are made of Recycled Cotton fibres.

We strongly recommend washing them with hand in cold water and allowing them to air dry in shade for best retention of shape.

We’d also recommend ironing them on low for best results.

What is your sizing chart?

All our garments are sized differently based on the silhouette and fit of the piece.

However, we do follow a simple body measurement chart as the foundation for our garments:

Small > Chest: 32 Waist: 28 Hip: 34

Medium > Chest 34: Waist: 30 Hip: 36

Large > Chest 36: Waist 32: Hip: 38 

Extra Large > Chest 38: Waist 34: Hip: 40 

Some garments can be oversized, some can be more fitted, depends on the kind of silhouette. A detailed size chart, specific to a product is always present on the product page for a detailed reference of sizing.

Do you offer custom sizing?

No, we don't offer custom sizing.
